I’ve been working out at least 4-5 times a week since the the beginning of January. I’ve cut down on a lot of carbs/fats (mainly by eliminating American food/red meat from my diet). Plus I’ve been drinking LOTS of water (16oz green tea after meals) and eating breakfast. I run just a mile every day or if I walk I try to do 2 or 3 miles. I make sure I do this to keep me trim but not lose my boobs & my butt like last year :/ I’ve been trying to get into weight lifting to tone up various parts of my body and it seems to be working. For my abs I do tons of bicycle crunches & weighted crunches. For legs I do lunges (60-100) everywhere and at least 60-100 squats a day. My goal now isn’t to lose weight but to tone up :) I’m trying to get more definition in my stomach area but its so hard! Ugh. ^___^
So far I’m happy with the results! I can’t wait until summer! <3
